A triumphant comeback for John Newell in his newly built race truck

It appeared that John Newell’s racing talent had not left him in his break from truck racing. At Pembery he showed his capacity to become a very fast driver within the championship, with the help of his bespoke and technically advanced race truck built by Honen’s Racing Services. This test period for the new truck was really successful as he not only won at Pembery, but managed to secure a first place win in the final race of the season at Brands Hatch, with the fastest lap time of the day.
